Online Therapy in Idaho

You've spent a long time being who everyone needed you to be.

Somewhere along the way, it became harder to know what you need, what you feel, or even what you want. Therapy can be a place to begin finding your way back to yourself, without having to become someone different.

On the outside, you might look like you're doing just fine.

You show up. You meet expectations. You take care of what needs to be done. People may even describe you as capable, thoughtful, or someone they can always count on.

But internally, things can feel different.

Maybe you replay conversations, wondering if you said the wrong thing. You notice shifts in other people's moods and find yourself adjusting before you've even considered what you want. You push through difficult feelings because there isn't time or space for them until later.

Or perhaps you're exhausted from trying to get everything right, frustrated that things which once brought you joy now feel like one more thing to manage.

You've learned how to keep going. But keeping going isn't the same as feeling connected to yourself.

Meet Sara Gourley (she/hers)

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho, and I work with people who are quietly exhausted from how hard they’ve been working to hold it all together. I’m also a highly sensitive person who spent more than a decade as an executive assistant, so I know what it’s like when reading the room is your whole job. I won’t sit across from you silently analyzing, or fit you into a formula. I’m right there with you, curious about what you’ve had to become and who you are underneath it.

  • How it starts: book a free 20-minute call, tell me a little about what’s going on, and ask anything you’d like. Afterward, you decide whether to schedule a first session. No pressure either way.

That's enough. Reach out when you're ready. I'm here.
